Clare Huspeni is a transformational and passionate trailblazer; continually striving to raise the bar of excellence in critical service, performance areas and individual development. Considerable corporate experience leading and creating strategies for large-scale contact centers and operations. Experience in several industries including: financial services, telecommunications, broadband and cable. Most recently focused on innovative technology initiatives, program enhancement and process improvement to vigorously enhance the client and employee experience.

Clare Huspeni leverages her broad experience supporting organizations realize its vision:  transforming the client experience, deploying cost effective strategies and creating developmental programs to benefit teams and individuals. BearDen Consulting enhances businesses, contact centers and specializes in leadership development and strengths coaching.

These abilities allow Clare to leverage her coaching expertise to expand her leadership capabilities, engage teams and advance individual team members and mentees. 

Clare earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Why do I do this?

Focusing on what I have done best throughout my career is exciting and fulfilling. 

Early in my career, I had an opportunity to completely transform and enhance a call center in Colorado Springs.  So began my journey and passion for all things call/contact centers.  The fast pace and daily puzzle to best support clients and employees fits perfectly with my strengths.  Leveraging my talents and expertise to transform organization’s call center(s) is extremely gratifying – one the best client comments a team received after a technology enhancement ~ “I am 70 years old and have no time to wait, this is better than chocolate.”

Adamant about the employee experience being equally as important as the clients', I have continually strived to enhance my leadership skills.  Having gone through several certifications over the years, I leverage tools to best meet the needs of team members and clients.  My introduction to Gallup Strengths eight years ago positively transformed my professional and personal relationships.  Truly understanding my own strengths, altered my focus and ability to do what I do best.  The opportunity to help others understand their strengths has been incredibly impactful to teams I have led; their personal engagement and overall performance improved.  Enthusiastic about getting to work with individuals and teams, helping them leverage their strengths, setting goals and overcoming challenges is inspiring to me. 

In 2017, wanting to focus on my strengths and passion BearDen Consulting, LLC was created.  Named after my nickname, Bear, and Den (Dennis) my better half.
